Hello All
Well, after a rather wet bank holiday weekend here in the UK, the sun and warmth are back accompanied by a strong but warm breeze. The garden is growing apace and two of the clematis are flowering. I have just been watching the antics of a wood pigeon hanging upside down, trying to access a small bird feeder!
I recently watched the new Andre Rieu film, celebrating his 75th birthday. It showed him and his orchestra on a boat on the river in Maastricht, and then clips from his tour of many countries. It was such fun and a great pleasure to watch. He really does such crazy things. I shall see him live in Birmingham next month so will no doubt have more to say. In particular, it raises the whole question, who or what inspires us?
People have been requesting more detailed information on NDP in small stages - so I have asked Charlie Meyer, our wonderful artist, to help me design a series of images ‘From Dramatic Playing to Theatre Performance’, as well as for rhythmic play and messy play. They will be available in two new booklets that are currently in production - ‘What is NDP?’ and ‘NDP for Parents’. Update soon.
With love,
Dr Sue

Price includes FREE book
How to turn around a negative self-image or world view…
Children and teenagers need to resolve their emotional distress in order to discover their self-esteem and their potential for their futures. This Whistlestop Webinar gives examples of NDP application where there has been a remarkable turnaround in both children and teenagers to a positive view of themselves and their world.
Changes in self-confidence and a positive attitude towards learning, can bring about changes in learning achievement and behaviour. However, if a young person regards themselves and their work as ‘rubbish’, disruptive behaviours or other symptoms will take over. One of the methods for changing behaviour is through the careful application of dramatic activity. Learn more in this interactive webinar.
Included in the price of this webinar is a copy of Dr Sue Jenning's book '101 Activities for Positive Thoughts & Feelings' (Hard copy for UK customers only; overseas customers will be sent an eBook version.)
Please do request new webinars from me if there is a special topic you would find useful.
